Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator

You are a dynamic and experienced resourcer / administrator who is looking for a challenge and enjoys working within a fast paced environment. Ideally you will have a background within recruitment, and/or health industry.

This is a 7 month fixed term opportunity to cover maternity leave, based in our Newmarket office.

As part of this role, you will work closely with our Recruitment team to co-ordinate the day to day running of our internal Bupa Bureau - casual pool. Within your role you will also support the wider recruitment team with day to day requirements.

To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate proven experience within a similar role, have excellent communication skills, and be a star when it comes to administration and computer knowledge.

You will be a team player with a can-do attitude in achieving results, and be able to look after the detail. You will enjoy working within a fun loving but dedicated team and be happy to pitch in where and when required. Most importantly, you will have an ability to work with all who cross your path in a positive and proactive way.
